Post-Game Care

"Intimacy" can be an intense experience. Here are some ideas of ways you and your partners can wind down after a play session!

It's important to keep in mind that everyone needs something different. While you may want to continue bonding through physical contact, one of your partners might want to take a break.

Things to Do Together:

  • Debrief each other about your experience together

  • Cuddle

  • Talk (about anything!)

  • Compliment each other

Things to Do Alone:

  • Meditate

  • Use a coloring book

  • Write in your journal or diary

Things to Do Alone Or Together:

  • Take a nap

  • Get a massage

  • Go for a walk

  • Grab a bite to eat

You and your partners have shared a unique experience together! How can you and your partners simultaneously wind down from and cherish this experience?
